How to Use the Relay App for Drivers

The Relay App is Amazon’s load management platform for carriers and drivers. It’s where you receive load offers, navigate routes, and manage your work schedule. Here’s how to get started:

1. Register for Relay

• Download the Relay for Driver app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

• Open the app and select Sign Up.

• Enter your email address, phone number, and create a password.

• Your carrier (company) must already be registered with Amazon Relay for you to connect your driver account.

2. Accept Your Invitation

• Your carrier will send you an email invitation from Amazon Relay.

• Open the email and click the Accept Invitation link.

• Sign in with the same email you used to register.

• This will link your profile to your carrier’s Relay account.

3. Start Work

• Once your account is connected, open the app and go to Upcoming Work to view assigned loads.

• Select the load to see details like pick-up and drop-off locations, schedule, and trailer type.

• Tap Acknowledge or Accept (depending on load type) to confirm you’re ready.

4. Open the Relay Map

• From the load details screen, tap Navigate or the Map icon.

• Relay will display the route, Amazon facility gates, and any special instructions.

• You can also open the map from the home screen by tapping the location icon at the bottom.

Quick Tips

• Keep your phone location and notifications on so you receive updates in real time.

• Always check-in at Amazon facilities through the app to speed up gate entry.

• Use the map to see drop locations inside the facility before you arrive.
